Note:  For lab practice, participants should bring appropriate clothing, such as tank top.

Conference Fees:

• Early Registration: $200.00 (Until 09/12/2016)
• Regular Registration: $250.00 (Until 09/21/2016)
• Late Registration: $300.00 (After 09/21/2016)

Fee includes: tuition, pre-course material, and course handout. Register prior to 09/1/2016 and benefit from a $50.00 reduction of the tuition.

Cancellations and requests for refund will be accepted until October 17, 2016 minus a $70.00 administrative fee.

Example 2: If you decide to cancel your application one month prior to the beginning of the course, you would have to notify the school in writing.  Your request for refund would be in effect immediately.  Payment of the refund would be made within 30 days of determination of your withdrawal.
